Healing is just an appointment away

Hormone imbalances can affect your energy, skin, mood, weight, sleep, cycles, digestion, and more — but they are treatable with the right approach.

Common signs your hormones may be out of balance:

Unpredictable or irregular periods
Fatigue, brain fog, or low motivation
Hormonal acne or sudden skin changes
Hair loss or unwanted hair growth
Low libido or not feeling like yourself
Poor sleep or waking up exhausted
Mood swings, irritability, or anxiety around your cycle
Unexpected weight gain or difficulty losing weight
You don’t have to know which hormone is causing it — that’s what we’re here for.

step 1

Free Virtual Consult

A virtual session where we explore your symptoms, health history, cycle patterns, and concerns.
  • Discuss your concerns
  • Receive a lab requisition — OHIP-covered tests are included (optional additional testing available for deeper insights; the more data we collect, the more precise your treatment can be)
  • Understand next steps with expert guidance

step 2

Virtual Follow-up

Once your test results are in, your practitioner will:
  • Review your hormone markers, and test results
  • Identify whether PCOS, estrogen dominance, progesterone deficiency, or stress hormones may be the culprit
  • Create a personalized treatment plan that may include: supplements, diet/lifestyle recommendations and medication options (if desired)
  • Send prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy or by mail

Ongoing Support

As needed follow-up appointments. As your symptoms improve, we’ll help you:

  • Adjust medication, supplements, or lifestyle guidance
  • Update prescriptions and recommendations
Hormone healing is a journey — but you don’t have to do it alone.
