Treat Hormone Imbalance Symptoms

Navigating menopause shouldn’t feel confusing or overwhelming.

Menopause is defined as 12 months without a menstrual cycle.

For many women, it brings a range of symptoms that can disrupt sleep, mood, energy, and overall quality of life.

At HorminaCare, we help you make sense of what’s changing in your body — and create a personalized, evidence-based plan to support you through it, so you can feel like yourself again.

Common Symptoms in Menopause

Hormonal changes during this stage can affect many systems in the body. You might experience:
  • Hot flashes + night sweats
  • Sleep issues or insomnia
  • Brain fog + memory changes
  • Mood swings, anxiety, or low mood
  • Weight gain or changes in body composition
  • Low libido
  • Vaginal dryness or discomfort
  • Fatigue + low energy
  • Joint pain or stiffness
  • Hair thinning or skin changes
Not every woman experiences the same symptoms — and for some, the changes are subtle but still disruptive.
