Relief is just an appointment away

Menopause is defined as 12 months without a menstrual cycle.

Hormonal changes during this stage can affect many systems in the body. For many women, it brings a range of symptoms that can disrupt sleep, mood, energy, and overall quality of life.

Common Symptoms in Menopause

Hot flashes + night sweats
Sleep issues or insomnia
Brain fog + memory changes
Mood swings, anxiety, or low mood
Weight gain or changes in body composition
Hair thinning or skin changes
Low libido, Vaginal dryness or discomfort
Fatigue + low energy
Not every woman experiences the same symptoms — and for some, the changes are subtle but still disruptive.
