Do you take private insurance?

At the moment, HorminaCare does not bill directly through insurance. That said, we’re actively working toward partnering with insurance providers to make our care more accessible.

How long do I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. This window allows us to offer your spot to another patient and ensures our providers’ time is used effectively. If you need to make changes, just log into your account or send us a message.
If I cancel my appointment, will I get a refund?
Yes. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment over 48 hours prior, you are eligible for a refund. You can email patientcare@horminacare.com to process your refund.
