Treat Hormone Imbalance Symptoms

Navigating perimenopause shouldn’t feel confusing or overwhelming.

Perimenopause is the transitional stage leading up to menopause, when hormone levels begin to fluctuate — your ovaries gradually begin producing less estrogen and progesterone. These hormonal shifts can start as early as your late 30s or 40s and may last anywhere from a few years to over a decade.

For many women, this phase can last several years and bring a wide range of symptoms that affect mood, sleep, energy, metabolism, and overall quality of life.

At HorminaCare, we help you understand what’s happening in your body and create a personalized plan to support you through this transition — so you can feel like yourself again.

Common Signs of Perimenopause

Hormonal fluctuations during this stage can affect many systems in the body. You might experience:
  • Irregular or changing menstrual cycles
  • Hot flashes or night sweats
  • Sleep disturbances or insomnia
  • Mood changes, anxiety, or irritability
  • Brain fog or difficulty concentrating
  • Fatigue or low motivation
  • Weight gain or difficulty losing weight
  • Low libido
  • Vaginal dryness
  • Hair thinning or skin changes
Not every woman experiences the same symptoms — and for some, the changes are subtle but still disruptive.
